Lisa is on the staff of the Opera School at the South African College of Music at the University of Cape Town. She is a vocal coach, accompanist and a lyric diction lecturer an examiner in Italian, German and French.

In addition to being an accomplished pianist and vocal coach, Lisa has been the accompanist for Schock Annual Singing Competition; the accompanist and musical director for Opera Kaleidoscope; the accompanist in masterclasses by visiting international voice teachers; and the musical director and accompanist for various fundraising events in London and Cape Town.

Lisa is a trained soprano, offering wide-ranging international practical experience including coaching and production/musical directing experience. She has extensive knowledge of vocal operatic repertoire from baroque to contemporary genres, including modern South African opera, and offers advanced teaching skills at tertiary level specializing in lyric diction.
